Anger really gets my adrenaline pumping, not just "oh I wish I weighed less and looked better, so I should really go to the gym, and workout for a little while" Now I can think of it as battling fat--why don't they talk about that in all the fitness magazines??

I can't wait to use this visualization technique. If your scale goes up, it's only because you are building muscle, remember that- muscle weighs more than fat.

BarbiAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12473868.post-12367204931876899642007-01-29T00:13:00.000+01:002007-01-29T00:13:00.000+01:00So many times I read your blog and I can't believe...So many times I read your blog and I can't believe how you nail this whole weight loss thing. Even this plateau or muscle-building or whatever we call it - your honesty about feelings is what will be your stength and the inspiration for others. I, too hate the strugle and I look all too often to those scale numbers to make me feel better. It's a vicious cycle. But I know that you have the craziness and the know-how to make it through this. Thanks! You are doing such a good job -
and do remember muscle really does weigh more than fat, and apparently a lot of peolpe gain/don't lose right after really increasing their workouts.Kimberlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18136870717626173387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12473868.post-43568779789345113012007-01-28T14:34:00.000+01:002007-01-28T14:34:00.000+01:00You have to remember that muscle weighs more than ...You have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat!!! I'm positive all of the working out you do is building MUSCLE!! don't rely too much on the scale, your clothing will tell you how you are doing.
-steph261(nestie)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
