Another day, another 1000 meters (that's one kilometer)
Got up and got in the pool again. Swam another 1000 meters. Felt awesome. Not to many silver bullets to dodge. Not much else to say other than I think I found my "thang".
Hey, I'm not sure if you'll remember me, but I used to have a blog called The Pound Slayer, and we used to both follow one another.
I just started a new blog called "The Decay of Trying". Fitness is one of the components but it's a self improvement blog with multiple goals. Anyway, I just thought I'd get back in touch. :)

I really think the only way to be consistent about exercise is to find something you love.
