BLAH!
My weight was the same this week as it was last week. Next week it WILL be lower! It just will. Arrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhh!

At least you're not gaining! Because it's hot where you are, drink lots of liquids, as opposed to eating..but you know that trick, already, I bet.
Kristen said it first, but less is more, but at least it isn't more. :) Keep at it you are doing great. I have just started my weight loss adventure and seeing how many other woman are out here doing the same things and cheering each other on is the biggest inspiration to me.
I also thought you might find some better understanding of your moods with the book I've found helpful Women's Moods, What Every Woman Must Know about Hormones, the Brain, and Emotional Health.
