I was thoroughly disappointed with my weigh in this morning. I didn't gain anything... I didn't lose anything either... I just stayed exactly where I was last week. That sucks. Especially after I worked out all week on my regular schedule. I'm going to keep at it hard this week and hopefully see some better results next Tuesday.
I have noticed that I'm adding empty calories to my diet here and there a little more often than I should be. For instance we just got this new mega-coffee machine in the office and I've had a few choco-coffees this week just because it's a new machine. I cut out these choco-coffee calories a few months back and need to get back to that habit. They add up really quick and I don't want to have to workout for an hour just to burn off choco-coffee calories! Drinking calories is something I'm going to try to stay away from.
Not the results I was hoping for this week. Blech.

Yes, that sucks, but you are back on track and I think that is amazing and wonderful... you have been such a great encouragement to me.
Hey staying the same is 100 times better than gaining. Its ok, the good thing is, you're back in the game. And I know that you don't know this, but you have been a HUGE inspiration to me. Thank you for that.
We all have bad weeks, and considering it's not a gain, it's all good. I have just read through alot of your posts, and you have alot going on. The last few posts have been great reading. Yep, I love Dr Phil, and am still halfway through his book (I have only read the one I am currently reading), but now I am into this Australian folk book, and I have lost interest. Must get back on the DR Phil bandwagon at some stage. By the way, after I read your post, I went and did some salsasize!! Thankyou!
