Just wanted to quickly say OUCH! I began lifting weights again Friday and today I am really feeling it. I assumed after such a long time away from the weight room that I'd be a little bit sore but boy did I underestimate the soreness! My armpits (or that muscle there, not really my armpits) are killing me and my inner thighs feel weak and jello-y. I've got a little pain in my hips but I think it's from doing the cross trainer for such long periods of time.
Hopefully within the next week or so I'll be back to my regular pain free workouts. I look forward to it!
